The problem
High levels of corrosion in oil collection and preparation systems, especially in the separation and settling zone. Traditional imported inhibitors are unavailable, and domestic equivalents do not provide the required protection period.
Our actions
Conducted an audit of operating conditions at the central processing plant based on an analysis of water and the hydrocarbon phase. Developed a special corrosion inhibitor formula using domestic raw materials. Launched a pilot delivery of 10 tons with a dosage regime of 25–30 ppm.
Organized technical support: monitoring of effectiveness, measurements of corrosion rate before and after implementation.
